Thursday, August 31, 2023:
Time Activity
9 am – 5 pm Exhibition area open for booth construction
5 pm – 7 am Exhibition area closed
6 pm Bus from the hotel to the dinner (for those who have booked in advance)
6.30 pm Dinner at Steninge Bruk
approx. 10.30 pm Bus back to the hotel (for those who have booked in advance)
Friday, September 1, 2023:
Time Activity
8 am – 9.30 am Exhibitionarea is open for booth construction
10 am – 3 pm Brunnsborrardagen is open for visitors
3 pm – 6 pm Deconstruction of booths.
Security / Insurance:
The exhibition area is not guarded and it is each exhibitor’s responsibility to sign an insurance during Brunnsborrardagen. Contact information to an insurance company will be given upon request. Borrföretagen is not responsible for loss or damage of vehicles or equipment.
Hotel:
Hotel accommodation is offered, please see info while booking a booth. Booking is subject to availability.
Food:
During Brunnsborrardagen Steninge Bruk will be open for lunch.
Should you like to serve food/drinks in your booth or would like to bring a food truck please let us know your thoughts while booking aa booth.
August 31, 2023 the Drillers Dinner will be organized at Steninge Bruk. The dinner is open for exhibitors, visitors and other guests. Dresscode: casual. Please buy your ticket while booking the booth.
Regards:
Please be considerate during the fair, as well as when driving vehicles on the property of Steninge Bruk. Let’s keep the area clean by leaving litter at designated locations.
